Arrivals & Departures

  • Arrival - Check-in from 3.00pm to 9.00pm* directly at the apartment

  • Departure - Check-out by 10:00 am

Attention: For arrivals after 9.00 pm please send a request

Cancellation terms:

  • You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.

  • If you cancel within 14 days before arrival you will be charged 10% of the total cost.

  • If you cancel within 7 days before arrival you will be charged 30% of the total cost.

  • In case of no-show you will be charged 30% of the total cost.

ATTENTION: To avoid waiting, communicate your expected arrival time in advance on 3201159570

The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day indicated for departure.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

  • The waste must be disposed of in compliance with the recycling rules and dumped in the collection points indicated outside the apartment.

  • The apartment and the kitchenette must be tidy and clean.

  • It is not permitted to organize parties and events.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Accommodation reservations become binding for the Agency only after receipt of the deposit for an amount of 30% of the total price of the stay. The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal and must be made within three days following the booking date (we ask you to send a copy of the payment receipt to our e-mail address).

By paying the confirmation deposit the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted the booking and cancellation terms.

The balance payment can be made at check-in via Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

PRICES
The rates of the apartments are inclusive of VAT, all local taxes (Excluding tourist tax, any linen and any animals) and expenses related to the service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once the booking is confirmed the price is guaranteed.

  • Final cleaning

  • Trentino Guest Card

APARTMENT EQUIPMENT

  • Pots and dishes

  • Toilet paper

  • Scottex, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent (where present), sponge and kitchen cloth

  • Broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner (where present), brush or mop, floor cloth and bucket

  • Duvets and pillows

  • Cot and high chair (on request subject to availability)

IMPORTANT:

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

  • The waste must be disposed of in compliance with the recycling rules and poured into the appropriate containers.

  • The kitchenette will need to be ordered

 

 

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

PAYMENTS
If you have booked by phone or by mail, following our booking confirmation, you will need to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the services requested within 72 hours of receiving the payment details, and sending, for payment completed, copy of the receipt sent by email to info@dolomitiaffitti.it  Payment can be made either by bank transfer using the bank details found below, or via Paypal using the beneficiary's email address info@dolomitiaffitti.it

By paying the deposit, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted the booking and cancellation terms.

The balance payment can be made in the structure by cash, bank transfer, PayPal or cashier's check made out to: Rosina Alessandro.

 

CITY TAX

Tourist tax: From 01.01.2014 a tourist tax was introduced in all accommodations in Trentino Alto Adige equal to Euro 1.50 per day for all people aged 14 and over.

LINEN

The apartments do not have bed linen and towels. If you don't bring it from home, you can rent it at a cost of 20.00 euros per person for the entire stay. The kit includes: sheets, pillowcases, three towels and shower mat. Please let us know if necessary.

PETS

In apartments with pets allowed, the extra charge is 30.00 euros per pet per stay.

DATA PROCESSING

The data collected through the booking system such as: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number, are used for the purpose of responding to your request and putting us in contact with you. Visit our Privacy Policy page to find out how we use and protect the data you are sending us:

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF BOOKING

ATTENTION: For late cancellations, because they are positive for Covid, medical certification will be required. All reservations will be 100% refunded in case of lockdown up to 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation terms:

  • You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.

Early departures do not provide for any refund.

MISCELLANEOUS:  In case of emergency situations, the Agency always reserves the right to enter the apartment for the necessary checks (with timely communication to the customer).
