In the historic center of Cavalese, the Excelsior pizzeria offers an immersive gastronomic experience: a sumptuous dance of textures and flavors of the pizzas from our menu and temporary proposals, in an informal but refined and welcoming environment. Prepared with stone-ground flour and long leavening dough (72 hours), our pizzas with a small diameter and generous body are stuffed with carefully selected ingredients from the Trentino area and the peninsula.

Terrazza Lagorai
Enjoying a good pizza with an enviable view, this is Terrazza Lagorai in Bellamonte. There are two terms that best describe this pizza: typical Neapolitan. The soft dough, and characterized by the classic crust, is light and digestible. Close to traditional pizzas, the pizza maker has chosen local proposals giving a personal touch to local ingredients.
Agritur Salanzada
Typical mountain restaurant immersed in the green pastures of Salanzada and easily reachable from Masi di Cavalese. You can taste numerous traditional Trentino dishes and in the afternoon enjoy hot desserts such as "strauben" or "fortaie", with cranberry jam, sweet dumplings or Tyrolean "omelette".
