We think in real time about carrying out all the mandatory functions regarding reporting to the police station, Istat, and tourist tax for municipalities. This way you, the owner, can sleep peacefully.

You will have access to our management system to view bookings and the progress of your apartment.

Taxes
As required by law, we will withhold and remit to the Revenue Agency the flat rate tax of 21% on rental income.

Our FULL MANAGEMENT service provides a commission of 25% + VAT 10% on the actual collection (i.e. net of the commissions of the OTA online booking portals) depending on the type of accommodation and its location. This is a local management service that includes cleaning management, linen supply, small maintenance, check in, check out, bureaucracy and on-site assistance to the guest.
The ONLINE MANAGEMENT service provides for a commission of 15% + 10% VAT on the actual collection (i.e. net of any commissions of the OTA online booking portals).
