We refund price differences

You can request a refund of the difference if you find the same offer you booked on another site, at a lower price.

Just remember to contact us after you book with us, and at least 24 hours before your check-in date.

Criteria for obtaining reimbursement of the difference

The other offer must be for the same accommodation facility and the same type of accommodation.
The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
The other offer must have the same conditions and cancellation terms.

You will need to email us the link to the other offer, which must still be available online at the time of our review.
